Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Lead Private Wealth Advisor to take a crucial role in delivering comprehensive financial advice to our clients. This individual will concentrate on the last five steps of the CFP Board's Financial Planning Process, which involves working closely with clients to gather information, analyze data, develop recommendations, implement strategies, and continuously monitor financial plans. This role requires regular client interactions, the preparation of financial planning recommendations, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the accurate maintenance of our internal CRM software. We are seeking an accomplished Lead CFP Wealth Advisor to become a valuable addition to our team and help us reach new levels of success.

Key Qualifications:

·  CFP® Certification Required.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified Portfolio Manager to actively support the client relationship team in managing investment accounts. This role will analyze, structure, implement, and monitor investment strategies for clients, utilizing stocks, individual bonds, index and equity mutual funds. Monitoring the performance of client accounts is also a key responsibility.

Key Qualifications:

·  Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) Required.

·  Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

·  Bachelor's degree.

·  Minimum of 5 years of experience in constructing portfolios equity/fixed income.

We are looking for a Paraplanner who will play a vital role in working closely with our Founder/President and serving high-net-worth clients. This role primarily focuses on constructing financial plans, conducting research across all six areas of financial planning, and supporting the financial advisor in servicing their book of business. The Paraplanner will be responsible for preparing client and internal analysis and solutions, as well as assisting in managing the book of business, including client recommendations, insurance guidance, distribution requests, pension recommendations, and more.

Key Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's degree.

·  Professional experience of 5+ years (preferred).

·  CFP® designation Required.

·  Satisfactory background and credit check.
